Compare single core vs. multi core performance of jool

As discussed in IPv6.chat it would be interesting to see whether jool can be accelerated with proper multi core scheduling.

My master thesis showed cpu boundedness of jool on 1 core, when I was comparing it to a NetFPGA.

So my theory is that jool could process more packets/second, if it was to utilise more cores.

Just to clarify: The "New feature" is a documentation page that talks about performance.
