Remove slogan from terms and conditions file

Remove "App desenvolvida por NIAEFEUP...." slogan from terms and conditions and create a separate flutter widget.

  • "App desenvolvida por NIAEFEUP.... " at About page. I think this phrase is fetched from file, so is not possible.
