Change calendar page when not logged with feup

Instead of hiding the calendar we could display something from this page when the user doesn't have feup in faculty. The page shows a more general view of the calendar, that applies to all faculties, but a less precise one. Maybe when this one is displayed, it should have a warning saying that this a general calendar and small changes could apply to each faculty
