Add all exams to users' calendar

This app should have a button to add all exams to the user calendar.

This may involve changing/patching the calendar package.

We could also use device_calendar that makes the behaviour of adding a event completly in-app. If we choose to use this, we should create a calendar dedicated to Exams only, to not clutter the user's default calendar
