Asymmetrical images

Hi @NHPatterson, first off, thanks a lot for developing this amazing tool. I'm currently facing a challenge with image registration in cases where the images are asymmetrical. For example, Images that have resolutions of 20X19 µm and 1X1 µm.

Could you advise if wsireg has the capability to accommodate such differences in image symmetry? Alternatively, should I consider rescaling the images prior to using wsireg?

This can't be done at the moment (although fundamentally the registration models support it!) but I'll try to add it in the next couple of weeks.
