Tasks:

1. Update user role enum to include Administrators. Then, update existing mutations to include Administrators where GroupGuard is used. Look up if you can use negation (guard = not readers) as opposed to listing all groups for that guard (guard = contributors or editors or admin). Admin should not be able to AttachAudioToWord . Admin should be able to do anything editors can do
2. Create a mutation allowing for the creation of new edited collections
3. Create a mutation allowing for the creation of new documents.
