Blog doesn't store state locally before creating a draft or publishing

Description: As mentioned by Joe here, blog fields are not saved locally as a draft before publishing. While it is possible to create a draft, the fields are cleared when redirecting to wallet confirmation, even if an error occurs. A separate issue will be created to track the error itself, so this ticket will focus solely on ensuring the blog form state is saved locally.

User Type: Community Admins with active blog addons in there community.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a community or select one if you already are admin.
2. Add the blog v2 addon to the communities page.
3. Create a blog and cancel the wallet confirmation
4. The information you filled in will be lost if not stored on you local machine

Expected behavior On cancel or failure due to an error I don't want to lose the blog information as a user.
