Community pages teams tab

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The "Teams" tab is required on a community page. The tab just includes a box with Community Admins; the tab is named "Teams" not "Team" or "Community Admins". This tab gives little information.

Describe the solution you'd like The Teams tab should allow you to add different teams with different titles; the admin should be able to add an unlimited number of teams as the requirements will be different for each community. An example of this would be a "Working Group" team. Admins should be able to decide permissions for these teams. Can they edit the community page? Can they add blogs?
