Custom Form Builder for Community Managers & Upon Create Post Flow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Want communities to be able to save custom forms for devhub posts. Currently we need to specify how a funding proposal works but for example different posts may have different posts. For example github issues templates and forms. However rather than markdown would like a form builder.

Describe the solution you'd like A typeform builders for DevHub posts.

• specify automatic tags
• specify questions, hints and repsonse type
• response types include tagging people, check boxes
• ability to save response templates and popups on changes form tempalte upon create post for that particular communtiy
• Admins can only create response tempalte
