Funding board revamp and tracking proposals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The funding board is not kept up to date. Also, it is easy for funding requests to be lost in the stack of messages on DevHub.

Describe the solution you'd like I suggest the funding board is revamped. I suggest the current tabs (new request, processing, etc) be kept the same and stored in one section, with the exception of "new request" being renamed something like "sponsorship acknowledgement". Then new section be added with additional tabs "new request" where posts that are requesting funding are rooted, "denied" where denied posts lie, and then "accepted" which links to the funding section.

I would also like to see the funding board maintained more so that the information it displays is correct. It would be interesting if this could be implemented such posts are moved automatically when certain actions are performed or completed.

Describe alternatives you've considered The funding board is scrapped as it displays misinformation.

Additional context Here is one of my funding requests from last month that was funded a while ago but still lies in the "new request"
