Preloaded Templates for Contribution Requests

It took me so long to find the paid contributor post template

Describe the solution you'd like With the markdown editor, we can set it up with initial values, just as Github does when you report a bug or suggest a feature.

On the Create page, we current support Ideas and Solutions. We could extend Solutions to have an option for paid-contributor post which preloads an empty contributor report. This could even pre-populate the labels and title. Then the contributor just needs to fill in their details in the markdown.

Describe alternatives you've considered There's a few different ways to implement -- it could even be it's own post type outside of idea/solution/attestation/sponsorship/comment... We could have a dedicated flow just for verified contributors, it could be related to communities, it could be based off of the label...

A more forward-thinking approach may be offering a "library of markdown templates". This way, we could provide starter templates for contributor reports, ideas, requests for funding, fellowship proposals, etc.
