revisit mouse inbred branch

Dear NCIT team,

I seem to be looking into the Inbred strain branch in mice (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCIT_C14421) and wonder if you plan to extend your ontology to outbred strain also?

Also, I see certain strains in the inbred tree that should be part of outbred strain rather than inbred. For eg., ICR is an outbred strain based on https://www.taconic.com/mouse-model/icr
