Prepare 2.0 release

The 2.0 release will contain the following changes:

• a new mechanism to collect provenance, using the R debug facility, instead of modifying the R search path
• a mechanism to easily specify an alternate directory for storing provenance info and objects (i.e. files referemced in a prov trace)
