Ensure that Metacat UI displays "data paper" EML fields

Since 2018, EML has allowed for extra fields to support publication of data papers that include more complete narratives about a data set. See https://github.com/NCEAS/eml/issues/269.

This issue involves ensuring that these fields are visible on dataset landing pages when they are available in the EML.
