"Zoom to entire dataset" not working for GeoJSON layers in Cesium map

Describe the bug When clicking on the "Zoom to entire dataset" in the layer details panel for a GeoJSON layer, the map does not do anything.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the PDG portal
2. Click on any of the GeoJSON layers to open a detail panel (e.g. Permafrost Tunnel Tour, Local News Stories)
3. Click on the "Zoom to entire dataset" button
4. See that nothing happens

Expected behavior Expect the map to zoom to a view extent that contains all data points on the map
