It looks like conda-forge/basemap-feedstock/pull/143 got superseded by conda-forge/basemap-feedstock/pull/148

The basemap feedstock has been updated to 2.0.0 (see https://github.com/conda-forge/basemap-feedstock/pull/150), but I could not manage to make the Python 3.13 support work in the same PR. The automated PR with the Python 3.13 migration should visit again soon, and this new PR should be straightforward to merge.

The PR with the Python 3.13 migration is merged (see https://github.com/conda-forge/basemap-feedstock/pull/147), so now the conda packages for basemap 2.0.0 include the Python 3.13 versions too.
