python 3.12
The CISL announcement says that wrf-python will not be included in the newest npl library because it is incompatible with python 3.12. Is this something that can be updated easily?
This should be addressed once we a get a release out here soon. I think @erogluorhan mentioned we would prioritize this over the upcoming month or so.
I'm not sure what the process is for adding packages back in (i.e. if that's something that could be done after the fact or we'll need to wait until the next NPL release), but will make a request once we've got a release out.
Thanks!
I know everything is horrible right now, but just a line of encouragement to make a release of wrf-python with 3.12 support. It would make my day, at least :)
I've confirmed with the folks managing NPL that WRF-Python will be included in the upcoming release.
