Type mismatch when compile

Description

Face type mismatch compilation error as following:

ccpp/physics/physics/surface_perturbation.F90(51): error #6633: The type of the actual argument differs from the type of the dummy argument.   [0.5]
          call cdfgam(x,0.5,del,iflag, cdfx)
------------------------^

It seems that 0.5 should be 0.5_kind_phys?

Steps to Reproduce

Add CCPP codes in a host model, and build.
