Support middle click alternatives for Apple trackpad and mouse

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Hi, I am using Vapor on my Mac Mini workstation, which I connect to an Apple magic trackpad and sometimes to an Apple magic mouse. Now, both of these (the trackpad and the mouse) don't have a middle button. Hence, I am not able to drag the entire domain, which is typically done through clicking the middle button and then dragging the window.

Describe the solution you'd like.

As an alternative to middle-click and drag,

• may be one can support keyboard combinations like ctrl-click or cmd-click and drag.
• or on trackpad, one can also support triple finger click and drag
