Feature request: Icepack cice-scm

Icepack or CICE-SCM (single column model)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We have a version of cice-scm on the quantile_methods branch, however this does not have the correct author attributions, and development has probably moved ahead since the original work was done.

Describe your preferred solution

• Icepack/cice-scm model mod with latest developments and author attribution
• Icepack observation convertors (I'm not sure whether there are new converters - maybe applicable to CICE and icepack/scm)

@mjs2369 when you get a chance can you put the path to your icepack test case on Derecho on this issue.

Information on them can be found in the README file in their respective directories

Note that for these tests, the assimilation is only performed over a single time window and therefore the model is never advanced.
