Update index.html for key_metrics example to include key metrics

It would be great if the first webpage viewed when running key_metrics includes a table of a few specific metrics (and maybe also tables from ADF and / or ILAMB).
Additional context
I think all examples are using the same index.ipynb right now, and it's not clear if we can just introduce key_metrics/index.ipynb to use instead of infrastructure/index.ipynb. Also, we need to figure out where to put the code to actually do the metric computations.
Should we make a metrics_computations directory at the top level of CUPiD to host code that performs metric computations?
Per hackathon discussion, we're planning to make an infrastructure/key_metrics/index.ipynb file to show metrics such as the ADF comparison table.
From a CESM project meeting discussion, we would also like to include Gustavo's MOM6 output, Kristen’s BGC output, and some tables from REF.
