Add climatological comparison of modeled ozone to ozonesonde observations

What is this new feature?

Compare modeled ozone to ozonesonde observations similar to those created with the previous NCL-based diagnostics. Two plotting types will be quarterly profiles and the seasonal cycle at relevant pressure levels. These plots will be generated for various specified regions. The following plots demonstrate these comparisons:
