Issue with covarion model ("CIPRES-bug")

"I'm passing on this debugging challenge to your group. I've determined that the issue the colleagues working with CIPRES have encountered relates to the covarion model. The issue does not seem to be directly related to BEAGLE, as the runs also present problems when using the native MrBayes calculator.

I've tested with versions 3.2.6, 3.2.7a, and the latest source code revision on the develop branch.

With the link below you can download four CIPRES analyses that presented issues with convergence using version 3.2.7, but ran normally with v3.2.6."
