There is a need to update gaas_create_annotation_project.pl to current work-flow demands. A pull-request is soon to be submitted. This note is for adding it to the list of tasks to do.

Question to @Juke34 : do you manage the bioconda version of gaas? Seems as one needs(?) to "bump" bioconda when changes are made?

I was... You need to release a new release on GitHub it will automatically bump to bioconda.
