Rendering Issues on iOS 13

I am on your latest pre-release (0.0.3.13) and the latest stable release of Xamarin.Forms package (4.4.0.991477). When using TopTabbedPage on iOS 13, I am seeing a couple of rendering issues. In the pictures below I have drawn arrows pointing to the issues.

One issue is the black line separating the tabs from the nav bar and the other is the edges of the BarIndicators have a rounded corner effect.
