ww android can't online tile layer (wmts) such as google map tile

My android studio simulater machine can show online wmts tile layer such as google map tile . (Genymotion can't show online wmts tile layer such as google map tile) But My true phone can't show online google map wmts layer? I don't konw the reason .how to solve it?
