Very slow to delete plans

Deleting plans from the UI seems very slow. On my local instance with about 6 small plans, deleting a plan takes about 40 seconds. On our team test venue (16 plans from a few different users) I am not able to delete any plans because the graphql queries never complete.

Closing as obsolete, we have not seen issue since it was originally reported.
