Make save model changes button more obvious

The save button in the model info and associations editor is not obvious enough and at least one user has not seen it and thought that changes made on the page were supposed to be auto saved. See this issue for more details. https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/aerie-ui/issues/1707#issuecomment-3029246248
