Link from root span parameter to directive parameter

Jump from root span parameter to directive parameter and highlight the parameter for a few seconds. Temporary quality of life improvement until https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/aerie-ui/issues/1491 is implemented. Design from this comment: https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/aerie-ui/issues/1138#issuecomment-2752026972

Testing:

1. Make a banananation plan
2. Add a BiteBanana
3. Simulate
4. Click on BiteBanana in the timeline and switch to the span
5. Hover over the biteSize parameter and verify that you see a link icon
6. Click on the link icon
7. The panel should switch to the BiteBanana directive and the biteSize parameter should be highlighted yellow and then fade out after a few seconds
8. Repeat steps 2-7 with parameters from the ParameterTest activity as it is a good stress test
9. Ensure that the link icon is not visible for child spans such as the descendants of the Parent span (child, grandchild)
