When anchoring B -> A, with a nonzero offset, directive A will render at the current time until simulation is run. After simulation, directive A will render at the same time as directive B. The simulated instances render correctly.

In the broken state, if you click and drag directive A, it temporarily snaps to the correct time during the drag, then snaps back to the incorrect time afterward.
