Python 3.10 Support

AIT-Core was recently updated to Python 3.10 (in version 2.4.0). The current version is stuck on 3.7 and could be upgraded to match the AIT-Core. This would drop support for Python 3.7 and potentially skip 3.8 & 3.9.
