Checkbox on single selection when importing WARCs

What is the current behavior?

When importing a WARC with multiple URIs, the "checkmark" to select the correct seed only allows for a single URI. Checkboxes imply multiple potential selections but when another entry is checked, the original one is unchecked.

What is the expected behavior?

Either to allow multiple checked items or that the UI element should be a radio button with a single selection and not a set of checkboxes.

What's your environment?
