Display the crawl UI when the "Crawl Running" icon is clicked

Currently nothing happens when the icon is clicked. A tooltip appears when the icon ("i" in a circle, top right of window) is hovered. It would be useful to associate some functionality with clicking this icon. Above behavior occurs in version 1.1.0b2.5
