Provide some indication of Wayback's running status in the VIEW IN WAYBACK button

As a user, if I do not start or allow Wayback to start but then click the VIEW IN WAYBACK button, I am shown a "This site can't be reached" page in the browser. It would be smarter to check Wayback's status and provide either some indicator or option to the user to fix Wayback instead of sending them to a browser error page.
