I wanted to suggest the possibility of creating custom items that can be purchased in the shop (for example, tier1 subscription with description, tier2, or servers with certain resources and similar things), and the possibility to create category

Yesn't. The thing is this is based on a free dashboard arch not a tier ranked one,

As of adding this, we could add it, but it might be a complete different shop! And other route and design!
