Could maybe add a reference to this doc in the readme itself? EDIT: Also recommending `docker-compose` makes much more sense. I don't want to guarantee a single-container setup works.
Actually what's the fundamental reason we want to have a different setup guide aside from the one already in the readme? I'm thinking about what this change implies for doc/config...

For what it's worth, Thunderstore Mod Manager should have this fixed in the latest release (1.18.0) which should be fully published by end of tomorrow.
