Allow players to put unidentified items or socketable items in one of the many crafting interfaces to socket or identify them

Detailed Description

I suggest people be able to put an unidentified item and an identity tome, socketable item + socket gem, etc into a crafting bench in order to identify them-- thus allowing players in geyser/bedrock to be able to identify items.

Context

This change is important to me due to my server being geyser enabled. Although my players have no issue having their items identified and socketed by java players, I think being able to give them the ability to do this by themselves would be much more beneficial to them.
