DNS Profile for Apollo v2

Hi!

This is similar to this pull request: https://github.com/MythicAgents/Apollo/pull/46.

This version fixes some edge case bugs and adds more stability to the DNS communication. It also improves the caching mechanism: the dns C2 Profile has been updated to support decryption and caching of messages (https://github.com/MythicC2Profiles/dns/tree/dev).

Finally getting around to going through this profile and I was curious if there's documentation somewhere about what the spec is between client and server?
