problem Tibialyzer

After I downloaded Tibialyzer and run (.exe) Application nothing happens. and the proccess just stop help please ...

Did you install the .NET framework as specified in the Installation Instructions?

4.5 whit the system and 4.6.1 from the Installation Instructions

Try running as administrator. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the .NET framework.
