Add ability to see only certain types of files

It would be nice if you could add the ability to make it so the emulator only shows files with a certain extension that you can change in a config file or possibly in the emulator.

Would it help if I just filter out the support formats by default? I.e. *.iso, *.bin, *.img

I like to have as many settings that I can change as possible so I can make things tailored to my needs and be able to try to get things to work; so you could have those file types hidden by default in a config file :smile: and let my add or remove them. Also maybe make a way to blacklist things or whitelist them i.e. -.cue +.img +.bin. Sorry if I make your life hard I would help, but I don't know C.
