Update fastcrypto in sui

Includes a few non breaking changes & the new binary serialization of EdDSA signatures of https://github.com/MystenLabs/fastcrypto/commit/244bb5cf879884e93cbd5b312f487a7d109690c0

EdDSA signatures that were stored using the old serialization might not be deserialized successfully after this change.
