Fullnode not reading suidb

Steps to Reproduce Issue

Install fullnode from source following the steps here: https://docs.sui.io/build/fullnode. Wait for node to sync to latest checkpoint then restart.

Expected Result

suidb gets populated and upon fullnode restart it should restart from the point where it was shut down

Actual Result

Checking https://node.sui.zvalid.com, apparently transaction certificate start from 0 again. Similarly in terminal I get "Starting full node sync to latest checkpoint"
