Add dark theme

I'd love if there was a dark theme. Could you add one at default-dark.css? I'm configuring my page to load a stylesheet from that URL. I really would like having a dark theme, so please implement it.

You can implement it yourself; it's not very hard. First go to https://dreamcss.cf and scroll to the themes section. In the Make your own theme! subsection, click the link with the text download and customize the CSS variables to your liking. Done!

After that you can make a PR to add your theme to the theme library.
