This 'Read on Remarkable' functionality doesn't work fro me. I'm hosting a proxy server locally, with root CA certificate installed. Works OK with the desktop reMarkable app. And chrome redirects...

`/etc/hosts` file needs to have `webapp-production-dot-remarkable-production.appspot.com` added. Should update READMEs accordingly. I can add the one-time code and connect now, but I get an error that 'printing failed'.
