Selecting text badly interacts with preview

This is somewhat related to my preview report https://github.com/Myriad-Dreamin/tinymist/issues/505

IMO the preview is too eager to say "hey, here I am". Showing the position only on double-click would solve this issue and ameliorate https://github.com/Myriad-Dreamin/tinymist/issues/505.
