Annoying weird background noise.

It's hard to explain but it sounds like a a squeaky door repetitively being played over and over again.

I've tried fixing it by turning off the Audio filter but it didn't work, and it would go away completely if I turned the sound off, but then I wouldn't get sound. So I can't test my game noises.

Also it's extremely laggy.
