CAPITALIZED words

Hi there currently with the american male when words are capitalized they are spelt out.. which is annoying for my book/document reader in the real world not many words are spelt out if they are capitalized.. if it is acronym usually they are only spelt out until the third letter ( iE UN API ..) after that they are said phonetically ( ie NASA, SWIFT. NOAA UNICEF ) or do a phonetic dictionary search on the word such as this website or include it in you mycroft library if does not already have one
