Please add to README.md: how many time it takes to synthesize a sentence with/without a GPU

I don't see an answer to your query, but it really depends. The first sentence synthesized will be slower than the rest, cpu or gpu. For a gpu, in my usage, it's from 3-6 seconds for the first sentence to be completed. For 2nd sentence and after, it's usually <2s to complete up to 10s long sentences.
