Add option to play audio to specific audio device

As it currently stands I was unable to find an option to make mimic play audio to a specific audio device, will such a thing be implemented?

Currently there is no such plan, it is assumed that the current default device should be used. I'd be happy to review a PR adding this.

If using ALSA you may be able to use the ALSA_CARD environment variable to select the device.
