An error occurred when connected with ddns

when I connected through ddns, it cause an error

it cannot detect my mic through browser

what should I do?

Hi queechy, this is beyond the support we're able to officially provide.

Someone else may respond, but if you don't get a response here, I'd try the ddns forums (if they exist) or our Community Forums

It would also be helpful if you posted the exact error message you're seeing.
